Repeatable jobsite views

Construction progress documentation

Consistent aerial views give owners, contractors, and stakeholders a quick way to see what changed between site visits. I can return to the same viewpoints and organize each delivery by date.

The practical version

What this service is—and what it isn’t

The useful part is consistency. Before the first flight, we identify the views that matter—overall site, building footprint, staging areas, access, or specific work zones. Those viewpoints become the baseline for future visits.

A good fit for

  • Weekly or monthly owner updates
  • Milestone and closeout documentation
  • Remote stakeholder communication
  • A visual record of site conditions

Important limits

  • I do not direct site operations
  • Flights require safe separation from active work and equipment
  • Aerial photos are not a substitute for survey control
  • Site rules and contractor approval come first

Deliverables

What you receive

Repeatable viewpoints

The same general angles on each visit when conditions allow.

Date-organized folders

A simple record that is easy to review chronologically.

Optional overview video

A short site overview can be included when useful.

Scheduling

The flight is planned around the job—not the other way around.

Flights can be one-time, milestone-based, or recurring. For recurring work, I’ll propose a simple schedule and file naming system before the first visit.

You’ll receive a written scope before the flight so the deliverables, limitations, timing, and price are clear.

Questions

Common questions

Can you match the exact same photo every time?

I can use repeatable flight planning and reference angles. Small differences in wind, site activity, and airspace may affect exact framing.

Can you fly while the site is active?

Sometimes. The superintendent or site contact must approve the plan, and I will not fly where people or equipment make the operation unsafe.

How are the files delivered?

Usually through a shared download link with folders organized by date and viewpoint.
